Tool production

Tool production is the process of creating molds and tooling necessary for manufacturing castings. It includes, among others, foundry patterns, permanent molds, and precision die casting molds, as well as inserts, cores, and auxiliary fixtures. This enables a smooth transition from a 3D design to repeatable, high-quality production of aluminum castings.

What is tool production?

Tool production in foundry is a key stage in the aluminum and non-ferrous metal casting process. Properly designed molds and patterns make it possible to achieve castings with high dimensional accuracy, repeatable quality, and optimal production time.

Thanks to foundry tooling, it is possible to produce both prototypes and large series of components for industries such as EV, machinery, and construction.

In our foundry the process is as follows:
Mold or pattern design

Preparation of technical documentation, taking into account the casting geometry and client requirements.

Manufacturing of inserts, cores, and mold parts using CNC machines.

Combining all elements into a complete die casting mold or a pattern for sand casting.

Production of initial test castings to verify proper tool performance.

Possible adjustments, confirmation of dimensional accuracy, and readiness for mass production.

What sets our technology apart?

In the production of foundry tooling, we cooperate with the Krakow Institute of Technology, which allows us to leverage the latest advancements in the design of molds and foundry patterns. As a result, our tools are not only precise but also optimized in terms of durability, lifespan, and casting process efficiency.

The innovative solutions we implement already at the stage of designing die casting molds and sand casting patterns ensure the highest quality for our clients, as well as shorter lead times.
