What is CNC machining?

CNC machining of aluminum is a process in which computer-controlled machines precisely mill, turn, and drill castings according to a 3D model. 3D model preparation

Development of a digital component design and preparation of the CNC machine program.

Setting milling, turning, or drilling parameters tailored to the aluminum casting.

Placing the casting in the machine fixture and preparing it for machining.

Performing machining operations: CNC milling, CNC turning, and CNC drilling.

Measurement of dimensions and surfaces, 3D scanning, and possible corrections to ensure full compliance with the design.
