Since its inception, Kowala Foundry has consistently invested in modern foundry technologies, plant expansion, and improved quality standards. Thanks to these initiatives, the company has transformed from a local foundry into a renowned manufacturer of aluminum, pressure, and sand castings, recognized in both domestic and international markets.
In 1998, Kowala Foundry opened a new plant in Chybie, specializing in aluminum die-casting. Ustroń remained a center of sand casting, and the division of the plants allowed for increased production capacity and the handling of more orders from various industries.
The implemented ISO 9001:2015 system confirms process compliance with international standards. Regular inspections and training ensure that each casting meets rigorous quality standards.
The modern machinery fleet gained an AVIAturn 50M CNC lathe in 2016, and an AVIAturn 35MY in 2019. The implementation of CNC machining and automation has ensured greater precision and production independence.
Thanks to the quality and timely delivery, Kowala Foundry has gained customers across Europe – from Germany and the Czech Republic to France and Sweden. Sand and aluminum castings are particularly popular, valued for their durability and precision.
