QUALITY GUARANTEE
Compliance Guarantee: Aluminum castings will comply with specified industry standards (e.g., ISO) and specifications provided by the client. In the event of non-compliance, the foundry commits to replacing or repairing defective products at its own expense.

Quality Control: Every casting undergoes thorough quality inspection, and the results are documented. The client can receive quality control reports that confirm compliance with the ordered specifications.

MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECT WARRANTY
Warranty Period: 3 months from the date of delivery. The foundry guarantees that the production process is carried out correctly and that the castings are free from defects that could result from an improper production process. In the event that defects arising from potential irregularities in the production process are discovered (within 3 months from the date of delivery), the foundry undertakes to repair, replace, or refund the costs. The foundry is not responsible for defects in the castings resulting from the wear and tear of the client's tools (e.g., molds), which require refurbishment or repair.

DIMENSIONAL ACCURACY WARRANTY
Precise Tolerances: The foundry guarantees that all castings will be produced according to agreed dimensional tolerances. In the event of deviations that may affect the functionality of the casting, the foundry commits to making corrections or producing new castings at its own expense.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT WARRANTY
Technical Support: The foundry provides access to technical experts who can offer advice on casting design, material selection, machining, and assembly. Technical support is available during and after the order fulfillment.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Return and Complaint Policy: The client has the right to file complaints, and the foundry guarantees prompt handling of each case and taking appropriate corrective actions.
